As an affiliate of Mashinmedia, you will need to follow some Terms and Conditions to get the most out of our Affiliate Program. You must agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned below in order to participate in our Affiliate Program. As you are signing up our Affiliate Program, you prove your acceptance of all the terms and conditions. If you do not accept the agreement then don't use our Affiliate Program.

Here are the Terms and Conditions you have to follow:

  • Affiliate can not place ads on adult, spam, hate or other related sites.
  • Affiliate can place ads on anywhere on their website, blog, newsletter, within other web related content and within non spam emails.
  • All the stats, clicks, conversions and commission are collected by our affiliate system and will be only stats used for calculating commissions.
  • Affiliates will be  paid commissions at the end of each month when their account balance is $50 or more.
  • Only one account is allowed for each affiliate. They can post links on multiple sites but can't make more than one affiliate account
  • Self referrals are strictly prohibited. You can't use affiliate referrals for your own order.
  • Don't SPAM anywhere. It is strictly not allowed. Any affiliate account found Spamming will be immediately terminated. Affiliates should not send emails to the people or groups that you don't have permission to send.
  • NOT ALLOWED: All other uses of banners or links, such as newsgroups, chat rooms, ICQ, message boards, banner networks, hit farms, counters, or guestbooks etc. are NOT allowed.
  • Failure to abide by these rules could mean termination of your affiliate account completely with a complete forfeit of commissions.
  • Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.
